Dr. Billups received his medical degree from University of Alabama-Birmingham and completed a general surgery residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, TX. Dr. Billups specializes in thyroid, endocrine, breast and gallbladder surgeries. Dr. Billups has been practicing medicine in Meridian since 1996.
Dr. Coker received his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX, and completed his general surgery training at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, TX. Dr. Coker, who joined our practice in 2019, specializes in colorectal surgery and abdominal wall reconstruction.

Dr. Tulip received his medical degree from the University of Washington and completed his general surgery residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, TX. Dr. Tulip has a particular interest in robotic assisted surgery, acid reflux and hiatal hernia surgery, colorectal surgery and trauma surgery/critical care.
